Mine just did it too. Set to 15 ML over 24 somehow changed to 5400. Did you ever resolve your issue?

Nearly killed every thing In my tank, good thing I was home.

The thing is stuck in some weird loop I’ve been trying to rest it with no luck. Crazy part is that it was turned off so when it was turned back on it automatically set its self to 200ml after getting plugged in, I originally set to 1.5 ml so that was completely ignored.

This is almost always due to a programmed or manual "on" setting. Post a screenshot of the "advanced" settings page. Ive seen this when people try to try calcium or alkalinity dosing to a trident reading, and they misword the programming, so the doser turns "on" when the levels are below a set point. In Apex verbiage, "on" means 200 ml chunks. Not the programmed table settings.

Weird. Click on the "basic view" hot button at the top too. Its the 4th button on the left. Make sure theres no Fallback set ON statment. It might be hidden in that viewing. Also, do you log the dos output? Ive gotten in the habit of logging EVERYTHING. Even if I dont plan on looking, its valuable to see when its on or off in situations like this.

Yeah no it’s cooked for sure. I’ve been resetting it and checking all the settings and no luck . Will use the warranty if I can’t get it properly working.

It was working fine before hand I shut off for 2 days so that I could bring down the alk to match a water change, then this morning didn’t have time so I kicked it back on but only enough to keep the tank close to the range when I noticed the tank was pure white first I thought it was the snails reproducing then I notice the dosing line running shut everything off and rest the tank with a full water change and managed to save the corals at least for now they look okay .

But yeah seems like it’s not actually loading to the cloud or something because after a few hours it will dose different mll .
