My 2 Neptune Dos units recently started not dosing the schedualed programs amounts. I went through the advance tabs on each and I have no code at all in there, so nothing stoping it programing wise. I also double checked my time. Its was the same for local as apex. Just for sh*ts and giggles, I reprogrammed my time zone just to eliminated that. Its varies the numbers from day to day. But here is an example. I have 35mls added from 06:30 to 09:30. I see numbers like 30.7 being added. Another head set to add 3mls from 10:30 to 14:30 I get doses like 2.3. Another head set to add 10 mls from 10:30 to 14:30 and get 7-8mls. And yes all 4 Dos heads are in Auto mode. Im cluelest to what going on. Any help appreciated.

Last night just for more trouble shooting. I unplugged both Dos's, deleted them from Apex. Reinstalled and reprogrammed. Still same thing. My All4Reef head was set to dose 35 mls between 06:30 to 09:30. All it dosed was 28.5 mls 🤷‍♂️ im at a loss

How are you seeing that it is dosing less? UI or are you having it does into a container then measuring?

Probably wouldn't hurt to post each schedule here by taking a screen capture.

Go to your input log on the Apex and select the DOS head chart and what does it show? Paste it here.

Also have you run the calibration task? This will run a test on each DOS head with 40 ml.

Could also make sure none of your lines are clogged. Not sure what all you are dosing but sometimes that happens with some product use.

I would suggest you submit a ticket to Neptune.
