Three thoughts:
1. Did you configure the FMM port for the correct size flow sensor?
2. Is the cable firmly plugged in? Sometimes it can look like it's all the way in, put one last push clicks it into place.
3. Is the sensor installed with the arrow pointing in the correct direction of water flow through the pipe?
Does the paddle wheel inside the sensor turn freely? These to clog quite easily - though that shouldn't be a problem with a new sensor.
ok i will. thanks.Just blow in one end and you should hear the paddle spinning/whirring.

Yup, that sucker is spinning. May have to reach out to Neptune support.
You could take the cover off the electronics on the sensor just to see if there are any broken or disconnected wires.

Was gonna post that. Opening up products typically voids warranty.the neptune dealer told me to not open it so I don't lose warranty. i will return it back and hopefully they will give a warranty replacement.
