Would these probes work fine dry? I am looking to see if one can be added to a control cabinet to sense temp in it for a cooling fan.

From what I have seen, people have done this with temp probes. When I received my probes the pH had to be kept wet, but the temp probe could dry out.

I do this with temp probe now and works great. Other apex probes have to be kept wet.
