Neptune trident front plate

Can someone post a picture of the trident front plate? Mine is constantly falling off. I suspect that there is something wrong with mine. Thanks

Mine has a mark like that in the exact same spot. I think it is just loose in case you need to check if it is priming.

The rest of the unit feels pretty good. But that face plate is very annoying. It should at least snap in a little bit.

If it’s falling off then it’s working normally :D
Mine falls off as soon as I mess with the reagent tray!

I think it’s a build flaw. Mine does the same as well. I just smashed it back in place and it’s kinda loose but hasn’t come off since

Yup mine falls off when I’m replacing my reagents every time. I understand it is handy being able to remove it for inspection however surely it shouldn’t keep falling off?
