Yes, it works perfectly with no issues at all. I've used it carefully and everything functions just as it should. It's about 2 years old.

I can verify this is a scam... Sent money and all paypal information from this user and another user where changed less than 24 hours after money sent.

Be aware: "BadLuckman" & "tmbrun01" uses the same payment layout dm for payment and will change their paypal username and emails after payment is sent. Currently in the process of fighting the charges.
