I am putting up for your consideration my 2 Neptune Tridents.
The first one is probably close to 4 years old. Ran great with no problems. Ran out for about 18 to 24 months. I remember it did well past the original use life before cleaning.
Instead of just sending this one off, I chose to buy a second to run while the other was being serviced. In setting up the second one, I ran into the "no water sample" message. Opened a ticket with Neptune but I didn't (and still dont) have the finger dexterity to do the fix. I my frustration, I just put them both in closet. Til now.
Bottom line:
- I have 2 tridents
- 1 needs to be serviced
- 1 never had water sample to foul lines
I think that $500 shipped would be a fair price for both.
