Never buy corals from Saltwaterfish.com

I will never buy anything from Saltwaterfish.com again, I have an account with them, we spent a considerable amount each year.
Here's why.......

Few days ago I sent an email. I asked for pictures of corals they sell. Here's their response

So email mentions to shop in the.......

So I asked , will there be any carnation corals there? Here's what she said.....

Obviously Mary, didn't have the right answer. She has no business answering emails. I run a 25+ year company,which I started. And if one of my employees did this. They would be out of a job.

In sales we're trained, TO KNOW OUR PRODUCT. So never again will I spend one cent with them. They have forgotten, it cost more money to win back a customer.
