As posted in the other thread - never buy from them.

They were a sponsor of our local forum, but we had to remove them due to numerous issues. Communication was sparse. Packages were rescheduled with no notice. Refunds were either not given or nearly impossible to get back. Weeks of silence only to be told there was nothing they would do.

Mods - please lock this thread once Reefs2Go replies due to the rules in place that do not allow similar issues to be brought to light in the same thread. :frusty: I hope the other numerous people will START THEIR OWN THREAD about their experiences as well to help educate the forum - good or bad.

Please read: https://www.reef2reef.com/forums/ve...eedback-please-read-before-posting-forum.html

All post from members outside of this particular transaction have been removed. If you have Positive or Negative feedback that you yourself want to share then feel free to start your own thread in the vendor feedbaclk forum. If you have already left feedback about a particular transaction then you need not post another.

Thank you.

Well said. Glad you posted this as the experiences poste on my thread were apparently stricken from the record in the interests of monetary retention and sponsorship.

Don't blame R2R for enforcing their rules. It has nothing to do with money. Every person should leave their own individual feedback, rather than have a lynch mob thread

This is the reason the posts were removed.

No need to have a pile on party on a vendor feedback thread. Your post is still visible so I'm not sure what brought on that comment about posts being removed for monetary retention. The point of the rule is to give the vendor a chance to respond without the masses piling on and blurring the issue. If the vendor chooses not to respond then it speaks volumes about them also. Anyone else with an issue can start their own thread with their experience. It's actually in your favor to keep other's comments out of the thread so the vendor could respond and possibly help solve your issue.

Ronnie,

From your avatar I can not tell who you are, nor when this issue with our company occurred. I would be more than happy to research the issue. I know we have made a number of changes in our policies and our process that customer's find favorable. If yours in an issue that is from years ago, perhaps at that time the staff in place and the policies in place were different than they are now. Regardless clearly you are expecting our reply here, but I don't have enough information about you or your order to help you yet. Please feel free to PM me your information and I would be more than happy to get back to you.

You were a sponsor of our club - In 2 Deep in Northwest Arkansas. This was a couple years ago. That should be enough info for you to research - I'm not sure what else you would need.

It is my hope that your policies have changed. We experienced great difficulty with our customer service and a high level of dissatisfaction. The problem with changing your brand perception is that you've already set the expectations negatively in many people's minds, mine included. Once that brand is damaged, most times it is irrepairable - that is the case here.

I hope you do research this and figure out where you went awry. The worst thing a company can do is repeat the same mistakes over and over.
