I purchased a 220 gallon Marineland aquarium back in 2013 unfortunately I was laid off shortly after and didn't get to set it up. I put it in my garage covered out of the sunlight. Should I be concerned with the silicone after it sitting for 11 years?

If it were me, I would begin with a strong flashlight and a minute visual inspection. If that goes well-- and assuming it's still in your garage-- I'd fill it as high as possible with garden hose water and let it sit for a month. I'd probably be comfortable going forward if it passed the 30-day test. (Let's see what other people think.)
