Ok guys my ex wife kept my 120 gallon I'm setting up a 40 breeder but I effed up my return I got a hydor 740 return big mistake but I'm dealing with it but my concern is My return I need a 1 inch bulkhead that fits a 3/4 inch loc line fitting please help I'm setting this up for my daughter she misses her tank

Why don't you just go with a 3/4" bulkhead and a adaptor 3/4" threaded to 1" PVC slip?
The bulkhead would have to be 3/4" threaded on both sides to accept the loc line fitting.
