Here are some of the new additions. The urchin has 3 or 4 zoas stuck to it. Should I take them off of it and place the zoas on rocks or leave them be?

I would if you'd like to save them. That way they don't end up in sump/ filters etc

I'd use tweezers because I'm paranoid when it comes to urchins:)

If you use tweezer, don't just yank it off. I'd try to gently shake it until he lets go. They use there feet to hold stuff, and move themselves around, and if too many get damaged it compromises their health.
I assume you will have to move him to attempt this, I gently cup them with my hand and gently tap all around till they release from the surface they are attached too.

You will want any superglue gel that is cyanoacrylate based

To me the Polyps look like Palythoa and in that case they are not just poisonous. They are extremely poisonous.
Take a youghurt can. Put a little stone in it and place on the bottom of the tank. Then you put the polyps in the can with the tweezer. Lift it out with water over polyps so they dont come in contact with air and take them outside. Dont touch the polyps with your fingers. If you have the smallest wound on a finger so just wait til that wound is completly healed.
Outside you pour out the water an replace it with bleach. That will destroy the poison so after a day or two you can throw them away. When you have done this wash your hands and arms carefully and place the towel to be washed. Dont dry your face with that towel before it is washed. I have done that and my eye is still not OK more then 9 years. I have a minor "scratch" still over the pupil in the eye which makes my sight fault change all the time. My astigmatism can change about 1 diopter in one day and go back to normal over the night.

There are a few threads here on Palytoxin - the poison in the polyps so check them and see that I am not just trying to scare you up.
