Hey guys!

I have a 120 gallon mixed reef tank, which is fully stocked. I just ordered the new Hydra 52s, 2 of them. Does anyone know where I should start off the settings as far as percentage goes? I was told to start at 20% then work it up to about 50%. Right now I'm only running 4 t5s since I just upgraded from a 55. I have included a picture of my tank. Thanks for the help!

Congrats on the lights! I just mounted them in my two tanks a few days ago, and I can promise you that you will enjoy them. I'm using the "New Controller". I'm absolutely am not a pro with LED's, but, through my research, here's what I found as far as acclimation: Dial in your light "blend". Then, use the Coral Acclimation Mode on the controller. From what I can tell, 50% for 4-6 weeks is the setting most say is best. The controller will gradually increase on it's own. If you want something other than 50%, remember that the new controller displays the light REDUCTION. In other words, if you want to start your acclimation at 30% power, adjust the acclimation controller to 70% reduction.

You could start em out at 20% and work your way up to 60%, see how your corals do, on raising them more. I run my Hydras at 100% with LPS.
