New apex and ph way off?

Hi. Have calibrated my new apex now and the PH is way of (11.x).

Figured I did it all wrong and went out and bough new calibration fluids. Calibrated both manualy and automaticly with the same results.

The probe shows 12.x ph in the ph 10 fluid and 11.x in the tank.

Since i've double checked with new fluids its most likely not them. I've recalibrated atleast 20 times by now. Cleaned it with proper fluids.. Is the probe faulty and or what can it be?

I'm thinking bad probe. Is it the double junction probe. I know they had some issues with the double junctions a while back.

It is the double junction probe indeed!
