New Apex EL probes seem off. Any suggestions?

Hello everyone. I just set up my new Apex EL and it seems the probes are off. I put my temp probe in and it is reading a degree higher than all my other thermometers. I have an Ink Bird probe next to this one and it says 77.5 however, the Apex says 78.8.

My pin point PH monitor says 8.40-8.41. However the Apex PH probe says 8.55!!! I floated the PH solutions in my sump to bring up to temperature then I did the automatic calibration.

Is the Apex really this far off??

I figured out how to calibrate the temp probe to match my other ones. All good there. However, now my PH dropped from 8.53 down to 8.04 on the dashboard? I went to manually calibrate it and it is settling at 8.56 so I know it still thinks it's around there but its not showing that.

Anything I need to do?

See screenshots from my PH probe issues starting last night.

My PH was a lot higher than my Pinpoint PH Probe for (2) hours after calibrating the probe. It maxed out at 8.56 at 11:20pm when my Pinpoint maxed out at 8.40

Then it dropped to 8.04 10 minutes later at 11:30pm.

Then at Midnight, it dropped to 2.5 for a couple minutes then stabilized back up t0 8.04.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
