New coral help

Hello I just new Duncan coral and green star polyp in my 6month old tank and want to know when they will open or if they will die my temp is 79, salinity good no ammonia or nitrate. I started with low light.

What is low light to you? Can you describe what type of light you have? No nitrate? What type of test kit are you using? Do you test other parameters? Can you share the parameters? Do you have any powerheads in the tank for water movement? The water is very warm IMO. Can you show a full tank picture?
 
What are your actual parameter readings? If you truly have no nitrates that’s not good. They should be minimally 5+ or even higher for lps. Phosphate?
Lighting? Alk and pH?
Calcium?
Aim for temp of 75-77.
And yeah water movement.
 
I'll piggyback and wait for what others are asking and seeing your full set up, lighting and full parameters/routine. GSP are pretty indestructible
