New CUC delivery from Reef Cleaners

I am setting up a 75g reef tank and just received my starter clean up crew of snails from Reef Cleaners. I was pleased with the snails, but even more pleased with the ease of ordering, the clear acclimation instructions, and the shipment/delivery notifications.

This was my first order from Reef Cleaners and I was definitely impressed. Along with the automated shipping updates, the personalized message from John was a nice touch.

Is it true @reefcleaners that your inverts are kept in a fishless system such that we don’t need to quarantine for typical fish diseases?

We do not have fish at our warehouse but QTing will always add some benefit.

Glad you liked it! Unfortunately we do not carry it anymore. The supplier sold the business, the new company doesn’t follow the same washing and preparation methods. I found another source and may be carrying that in the future, but the time table is up in the air.

Oh no!!! I’m glad I have a good 600lbs stashed between the tanks and the bleaching pile I used during cichlids. Was great stuff.

The problem lies in the fact that orders come in and the animals are from
The ocean each batch of new snails and hermits would need to go through it’s own QT before they are sold being which I don’t believe is the case.
