Hello fellow reefers. I woke up to a new one this morning. Tank is 6-months old, and has been doing well.

Any idea what these coiled things are? Looks like worms higher on rock. Any suggestions are appreciated. Initial thoughts were detritus worms, and/or maybe some weird sponge?
