Hi I'm new to corals and have just added my first finger Coral, as was told they were pretty resilient (like weeds was the actual comment) I brought it straight home and into my tank, it was great initially but when i came down in the morning it was flat. I've had it for 5 days and it's still flat. I read about changing it's position, so today I moved it onto a higher rock. The water parameters are good, I've turned the light down a touch, really don't know what else to do, any advice please?

That type of leather coral likes good flow, its needs flow to help it stand straight. Its flexible with the light, it likes medium to high light, but its unlikely the issue is light, it needs good amount of flow.

Thank you, there does seem to be a little movement since I moved it earlier. I'll try redirecting the flow a little, thanks again

How old is the tank? What are your complete parameters? Par? I have mine on the side in low flow and light.
