sorry in advance for the pics my buddy took them ... better than what i could get

so he was sold to me as a atlantic blue tang baby..

my friend said maybe a baby kole ...

i looked at the lfs today abt and kole both have the horizantal lines if you look close the kole has spots by his eyes i dont see those on this baby... any way not trying to prove wether or not its kole just want to know what it is

Agree on an Atlantic Blue. They do go through a color change as they grow.

Yea, as of right now I don't agree with the atlantic blue, that thing should be solid yellow at that size. I got an unidentified tang last year that was tiny, like the size of a dime. Sold to me as a yellow shoulder, I knew it wasn't that and it turned out to be a Bariene tang. Had it less than a year and it is now close to 6"s.

The first picture resembles the top fin of a dussumieri tang or a bariene tang..
