I bought so new frags... One I think is already on its way out.... What is it? And is it saveable?

Duncans are pretty hardy, but this one (if that is in fact what it is) looks in pretty bad shape. Maybe move it to a spot where it gets moderate light and flow and try a little mysis or Rods type coral food. Hopefully, it is just undergoing the "normal" stress of adapting to a new home; good luck and patience will help.

Is your salinity right ? I had one that did this when my salinity was too low

Mg is 1200
Ca is 400
Alk is 7 dkh
PO4 is .12 ppm
No3 is .2
And salinity is at .024
