Hello all! I've been lurking for about a year and a half since I started out my tank. I have around 200 watts on a 29 gallon tall with an assortment of corals. The corals I have are sunset monti, Dendros, duncans, favias and red tyree war coral. I also have a couple of brains, favias, some zoos and palys, frogspawn, and an unknown green eye chalice. I used to have a variety of acans but most perished (maybe started with them too early) and have one that survived. After my acans died I kind of took a backseat to my fish tank and concentrated on other things but seeing my chalice almost eat my red brain and develop into a nice piece I decided to give it more attention. My water changes are now weekly as opposed to monthly and I clean my filters and skimmer bi-weekly. Just bought a few chalices off reefempire and rnegret on ebay which is always a great experience and noticed that many of you sell and trade great corals (I am now officially a chalice junkie). I hope to become a good member with many future transactions. I have about 6 chalices now and hope to get many more once my pockets get full again. P.S. I live in the fairview/Northbergen area of New Jersey. I have 3- 2 inch pieces of red monti which have grown like crazy in my tank and a bluish gray paly that has multiplyed as well. I don't want to sell but if anyone wants these for free they can swing by in the afternoon, bring their own way to transport them and give them a new home. My tank is too small to house these guys. If interested or want pics of what they look like, lmk. My wife broke my camera but I have old pics of them in my computer. Thanks again and hope to become part of your community, Frank.
