Hello all!! So we were looking at everything at our lfs and got a few GREAT deals!! One is this beautiful little Gorgonian which I got for 20$. He couldn't tell me the name of it or anything else. He DID say that it IS photosynthetic. Any and all information will be appreciated. Thank you.

Hard to tell under low light in pic and no polyps exposed. Most need good light and med-high water flow

For the record, the dead looking pale zoa is a rescue. We talked the lfs guy into half price. Algae was all over it. 2-3 months later and it still looks rough but it is coming back!! Just wanted you to know that we did not do that to that poor zoa.

This may be blueberry but really need to see polyps out to tell for sure

hey, so it is slowly acclimating to our system and the polyps are opening more and more. Here are a few pictures with a better look which hopefully will show what it is. Regardless of what it is it is a beautiful gorgonian and we are extremely happy to have it!!

with his (setae??) little fanlike appendages.

I feed a mix of phyto\zoo plankton 2-3 times weekly. If it is non-Photo, will that be substantial?
Yes and appears to be photosynthetic
