Aptasia Anemone....Get a peppermint shrimp or aptasia eating filefish, or they will multiply rather quickly and start popping up everywhere. Not good for your tank.

Is this something i need to deal with and contain or not a big deal

They will multiply very quickly and take over your display. You could try to remove this one asap but be careful that you do this gently. I would sacrifice a decent amount of substrate around it to remove it.
