New live rock

Hi everyone just a quick question we brought some live rock for our new tank a few weeks ago and last night noticed this on the rock looked again this morning and it wasn’t there but there again tonight just wondering if anyone knows what this black thing is and if it’s good for the tank

Looks like it might be an Elephant Slug (Scutus sp.) - if so, good CUC (algae eater).
