Hi All!

I just moved over to Ephrata PA and bought off marketplace a Nuvo Fusion 30 Pro. I had another journal before of a tank I broke down before the move and then built up the Nuvo Fusion 30!
Luckily everything made it, all the fish, all the corals nothing died and in fact everything seems to be doing even better right now in the new tank.

For starters the build out is the Fusion 30 Pro Tank.
Lighting - I have a temporary light on the tank right now that I bought off Amazon, initially my tank has a NICREW 100W but I left it at my sisters so I got this new light as a temp however I'm starting to think it might be better than the nicrew, everything looks great and open!
Filtration - As of now I am running some basic Poly Filter, eventually I'm waiting on a boat load of SeaChem Matrix to get delivered. The guy did provide me with 2 protein skimmers and I just set up one yesterday however I have no idea how they work and if its even dialed in properly lol.. Will get that sorted eventually. Otherwise I have some floss bags that are IM built for the tank that are currently installed as well. TBH i have no idea what else to really do for this but I'm thinking I'm going to leave it like so for now.

Live Stock
- My 2x Clowns - Nemesis and Wesker
- Yellow Watchmen Goby - Tidus
- Pistol Shrimp - Kamari
I want to add some future livestock but I have to do research on what I want and what I can realistically house in this thing. Tangs anyone? JK!

Corals
-Currently have a ton of variety in Hammer Corals
-Ton of variety in mushrooms
-Ton of variety in zoas/palys
-One pain in the butt toadstool that always looks like crap no matter where I put the thing..I swear I'm just destined to never see this thing be beautiful :(
-GSP
-Red color Goniporea(or however you spell it lol)

I JUST got the sandbed in yesterday and the tank seems to be runnign rather nicely at this moment, I finally got the structure of the aquascape built out the way I want however I MAY remove/change up one piece directly in the front. Otherwise things are looking good!
Will be doing a water change/parameter test here within this upcoming week, def alittle worried about a new mini cycle or something popping up but guess we'll see!

Some pictures of the tank thus far!

Also just happened to realize that the Pistol shrimp did WORK over night..the sheer amount of tunneling this guy did in the span of 12 hours is insane..

Well I turned on my gyre last night! Will see how things turn out ..I actually have the toadstool right under the gyre though so idk if its even getting the right flow. I may change the direction of flow and move the gyre to the other side. Will monitor and see. My hammers aactually look like theyre getting plenty of flow but its possible maybe too much? Gonna monitor.

Will be posting video here I think soon.

Also noticed some algae growth on my new sandbed in the tank. I kind of expected that honestly but lets hope it doesnt get really bad. Water change this weekend!

As expected, I hit a cycle from the sand bed..Working on getting that under control.

Swapped my temp light out with my NICREW 100w..however im starting to think becuase this tank is so long that the sides arent getting enough light versus the very center of the tank. Going to monitor this out a bit more here I think.

Some updated photos..I personally thing majority of my corals are looking happy..as per usual the toadstool mushroom looks like crap..I cannot for the life of me figure out what the heck to do for it..Most of my hammer corals look to be happy as far as I know though!
I have a new torch coral in the sand right now that I plan on moving upward into more flow and higher in the tank lighting hoping me gradually moving it up will get it to really open up some!

I do have 3 SPS here in the tank that I got as super cheap frags..I see one of them has some..feelers out while the others do not..I'm thinking that lighting isnt the greatest on the side here. I might try and move them into the middle and see what happens..

Anyone have any recommendations on camera filters? I have so much more color on my corals than what these pictures produced 😞
