The stand is made of MDF (Medium-Density_Fibreboard) and covered with filler. i wait for a month than a nother layer of filler.
This process have i done till there where no crackes in the stand.

Than primer coating 3 layers
Than the flat colour Ral 7047 coating 3layers
and than a varnish flat coating.
