New Pick up from LFS - Can anybody tell me whats wrong with this six line wrasse.

I picked up this LFS while acclimating i notice this seems like flesh ball on fin? Can anybody tell me whats going on here.



Seems like a flesh ball on fin. here are some pictures:

Fuzzy, but looks like a nip mark.
Common, no worries unless it gets bigger.

don't know what a flesh ball is. However - it seems like you should have noticed whatever it is at the store - and perhaps not bought the fish? What do you think it is.

Hard to see a fish what say defects in a bag. Can be fin ray damage, lympho which is viral or damage from netting but need clearer pics to determine

I think it might of got hurt.

Sometimes, fish are damaged when caught up at the LFS. If it didn't have this when you observed it in the tank, but it had it when you got it home, that's the only reasonable assumption.
