I setup a new tank when I moved into my new house. I’m using the landed 44g 90p. The light I’m using is a maxspect razor 180w 15000k. My tank runs to a sump setup down in my basement. It’s been running for a little over 4 months now. This is my first “real tank”. I’ve had one in the past in an apartment that wasn’t up for more than 2-3months. I’m just looking for any advice on anything I might be able to do better. Im not sure If the light I have is good for my tank or if I like the look of it. I was hoping to get a little more color out of my corals. I’m currently looking at the illumagic x4 light with a 26” vitamini strip. Should this be enough to grow sps in the center of my tank and provide enough light for all the lps lower in the tank? Current parameters are alk:9.2 nitrate:18 phos: .15 calc: 440 salinity: 1.025. I have a magnesium test on the way this week. I also currently dose all for reef 8ml per day on a dosing pump.
