New to LED lights!!

I bought a 132e LED fixture from reef radiance, my question is; how long should I run the lights over my 10g tank?
What % should I start runing the white and blue lights?

All depends on what you have in your tank. Coral= lower those lights to about 20-25% and slowly raise them 5-10% per week, until your desired levels are reached, keeping in mind that I don't know of many that run their LEDs at full strength.
