Well I do see a couple of usernames I'm common with from other cites, as some of you may know I am on BARS, SpaceCoastReefClub and as well as FloridaReefAquariumGroup; so I'd figure I would join on this site as well to learn some more new things and get to know more people
and just to say I'm part of another cite ;)
First of all my name is Dylan, as of June 30th I'm now 20years old (weird to say that haha) no longer a teenage so not sure whether to consider that a victory or a loss for me yet haha. Anyways I have always been fascinated with aquatic things, I own a 55gallon freshwater planted tank for about 6years and now have moved on to saltwater and what a step that was haha I currently own a 40gallon breeder tank which I've owned for roughly 8months now but previously owned a 20gl for about 1year n a half. I currently run a filter sock, protein skimmer and a refugium in my sump, my lighting system are TaoTonics from ebay that I got for $100, (I have now had these lights for a little over a year). My tank consists of SPS, LPS, Zoas, Palys, Leathers, and other softies; as well I have 2 blennies, 1 clown fish, 1 yellow tank, 1 coral beauty, 2 blue/green chromies, 1 sand sifting starfish, 2 sand sifting sea cucumbers, 1 filter cucumber, 1 flame scallop, 2 black clams, 1 coral bandit shrimp, 1 purple lobster, 1 red knobby starfish, 2 serpent starfish, 1 pom pom crab, 25 blue legged hermit crab, 5 scarlet hermit crab, 8 turbo snails, 2 rock anemones. ANNNNND overall no nitrate problems what so ever haha
Not sure what else to say about me, I guess I'll just throw a video of my tank and some pictures to let them do the talking haha. Just how everyone says a picture is worth 1,000 words but a video is 10,000 haha
