Currently I have some rocks in my nano aquarium and I am wanting to move stuff around in my tank is this ok? I don't want to stress anything out that's in it. Rn I have 2 fire fish 2 clownfish and some snails which I am not concerned with. my main concern is the filefish because they have made a burrow of sorts under on of the rocks and I don't want to freak them out if that makes sense. lmk if any pictures or videos would be helpful. thank you for your help.

ok great and a follow up question im not sure if anyone will know this but I was thinking of setting rocks up against the glass but obviously I don't want to scratch the glass is there any "reef safe spacers" to put in-between.
