Hanna seems to drift as the reagent ages. Mine read 1.0 dkh higher than my trident with old reagent; was about 0.3 higher with new. Absolute accuracy is mostly unattainable.

My Hanna is spot on with the trident calibration fluids specs. My trident is one full dkh higher then my Hanna. Idk what to trust that’s why I did this test. My Hanna reads 7.8 tank and trident reads 8.9. That’s why I did this test.

When you use the Hanna- are you filling so the bottom of the meniscus is at the top of the line? Small variance in the fill volume will give some variance to the results. Try using a 10ml pipette each time for a more repeatable fill volume and compare that (likely does not explain 1dkh variance though)

Yea I use a 10 ml pipette so it’s right in the money. This is what makes me feel that the Hanna is way more accurate then the trident.
