New Vortech Controller Install Issue

I have 2 MPQD 40 and 1 MPQD 60 which use to be connected to my Apex WXM. I purchased the GHL Vortech Controller, it shows it is Version 1.04 on the GCC software.

I have reset the Pumps 3-4 times. And no matter what I can not get the Vortech Controller to see them.

Any help would be great!!

are you doing a hard reset or a soft reset?

Now one remaining Question, for the Speed for example it 1-255.

Am I assume to assume that if I want 70% for example for Lagoon it would be 70% of 255 or 179 Speed?
