HELLO everyone!

Welcome to my first tank thread!

I have been in this hobby for almost fifteen years now but I never had a tank bigger than 40 Gallons, but here we are! Finally a what I consider an appropriate size tank for a nerd like me!

I started this tank in March this year, a little late to start a build but I wanna share my tank with you guys.

The tank started with all dry rock and live sand, I cycled my tank for a month light off with a foxface and started adding some LPS corals a month ago. The uglies showed up for a week and slowly disappeared with the addition of the cleanup crew.

The corals are looking healthy so far.

I got two small acro frags, they have been in the tank for almost two week, I feel like they are already growing :)

Great looking tank!

Looking great. What sort of equipment are you using?
For lighting I only have 2 XR30s, running AB+

I have SOR20 for return, one MP40 as main flow and one Nero 5 on the left to add some additional flow.

I bought BK200 for skimmer, it’s quite large for this tank but I am running it at 60%. Also I can swap it for any future upgrades.

One standard refugeum with Kessil 80H running counter cycle.

another week passed by!

Everything looks neat still, the algae is creeping up a little but the acros are still happy so I guess everything is at its place :)
