I’m in Reston, out of range to be any hands-on help. But I can tell you: 1) the cost is no joke but 2) the rewards are a payoff like no other hobby. (I’m notorious in my circle for having too many hobbies.) There are SO MANY TOYS to play with!! If you like science and art, reefing is where they converge into something indescribably beautiful. Biology, chemistry, ecology, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics and optics meet canvas, pallet, sculpture and drama to challenge and enhance the work of Mother Nature herself. You’re gonna love it.
