Ok as I continue to learn an my tank keeps growing I still have a few questions. My current setup less than 6 months old. 40 gal breeder.
2 k7 mini
2 Nero 3 both set up on right and left side about 2 inches from top
1 tidal 75 set up in middle for surface skimmer
Coral look good I think.
I had green hair algae most is gone but have brown thicker stuff on sand is this the green algae dead and sitting there.

I can show light schedule I believe it’s close to bean but for mini and pump schedule. I will also post picks. Any suggestions ideas would be great. Not sure Nero are in right spot. How do I get rid of the brown stuff on sand. Pics not that good I’ll try light to show better if needed.

Try and get photos under white lighting, it'll help make the pictures clearer.

Couple questions

CUC in your tank?

Are you doing water changes?

Parameters and what you are using to test them

What are you using for filtration?

What about water flow, how does that look?

Yes on clean up crew added another one last week for 60 gal tank.

Cheap api test kit I will add those numbers later

Sorry for so many pics just want to make this better. It’s interesting what you see when lights are just white. Looks like I need work.

Try blowing off the rocks with a turkey baster and scrub them with a toothbrush. For pictures under blue light use an orange filter

Ok need to do a water change quick nitrate 0 nitrite under .5 but ammonia is under 2.0 so that’s concerning and ph is at 7.8. So maybe I’m over feeding and not enough water changes

Ok tested 3 more times to make sure and under .25. Maybe because I rinsed tube out with freshwater so I rinsed out with distilled water. I’m going to use a baster then siphon out junk and water change. Any other advise on Nero or lighting would be good as well. One question of using frozen cube food how much 4 fish and 7 coral.
