Hello everyone! I am completely new to the hobby and I'm starting out with a 25 gallon saltwater tank. I know I need to cycle it, but I was wondering what equipment is recommended. I'm trying to buy everything in stages and complete each phase one at a time. I have my tank and a pump, but I need to know what else to be on the lookout for buying as far as equipment goes. I plan to buy live rock, and live sand. Any and all suggestions are welcome!

Thanks!

I have a tip. Dont go the cheap way if you dont have to. You dont want to be in the middle of things and realize your lights arent strong enough and you have to buy new ones.

Welcome to the salt life! Best advice I can give you is to research as much as you can and when you think you've got it all absorbed research some more lol!
