In https://www.reefedition.com/nitrate-in-the-reef-aquarium/, you state that you keep the nitrate in your aquariua below 1 ppm nitrate. Are you recommending 2-10 ppm nitrate now due to updated information? Thank you.

Yes, that is old and should have been updated. i changed it to this:

I recommend keeping nitrate between 2 and 10 ppm. Lower is certainly fine if there are other adequate sources of N (such as ammonia or organics that contain N) and higher can also be acceptable. Some great tanks have nitrate up to 100 ppm or more.
