What are some things that you miss growing up that are no longer available?

For me.. it would have to be the school cafeteria pizza!
and O'boises chips! O'Boisies are O'boisterous!! :tongue:

Affordable gas. I have a receipt from when I was 16 (and that was only 8 years ago) where I paid $1.29/g for Diesel!

When I started college (1999), I remember bragging to my parents that gas was $0.79 in Bowling Green :)

When I was in high school I used to get $20 for lunch and gas. You could get by with spending $5 a week on gas. Now when I fill up its $90 for 3/4 of a tank.

I miss the low gas prices also, when I started driving was paying no more than 99 cents a gallon and it was usually less. There where days I would put about 120 miles on the car in a day and never thought a thing about it. Not now adays though lol
