So started my first tank in January. I have already gone through a power head and a circulation pump.. any suggestions on a pump that might last longer than a few months?

Where to buy them and how much are they.

I have a 36 gal bowfront with a HOB filter and 1 powerhead and 1 circulation pump.

Whats the circulation pump for?
Are you able to just use powerheads?
But:
Panworld
Reeflo
Ocean Runner
Iwaki
To name a couple. You can pick them up at Bulk Reef Supply

I put a pump along the back side about half way down moving water from left to right.. just to circulate the tank and it worked wonders until now .. I checked it this morning and it is not moving water much at all :(

Probably need to pull it out and clean it with vinegar and a toothbrush

You should have at least 10x the tank volume in water movement. So if your tank is 55g, you should at minimum be using 550 in powerheads. At least 2, one on either side of the tank.

I have a sicce se 200 (364gph) for sale if you're interested. Its brand new and sicce is the top of the line
