I would do 10% or so every other day until No is down to 25~20ppm. When was last change on the filters for your tidal? you have a Tidal Filter correct?
For the Remora, soak it in a 5% vinegar bath for several hours (without the pump) and then run it for several hours in bucket with some citric acid and rodi mix with the pump). IF you do happen to clean the head, don't loose that screw, otherwise you are...well....screwed. Let me know if you need me to send you the manual.
Real question is how did you manage to get it that high....(overfeeding and not cleaning/changing Tidal filters maybe) and how to fix that.
