no tab for virtual outlet on my fusion

followed the recent youtube video for setting up feed outlet...no virtual outlet...whats up?

That video illustrated creating a virtual output for a newer Apex or Apex EL. If you have an Apex Classic model, you need to use the Classic Dashboard (not APEX Fusion). See the full instructions for this in the Comprehensive Reference Manual, chapter 9.
