Has anyone come across this message for their trident going through Apex.

it is in red writing and says “No test in 24 H”

Curious to see if anyone has a proven fix!?

There is a fault in your tester that is preventing it from running a test. That screen should flash more error messages to explain. If you watch it for a second, does it change from "no test in 24 hours" to something else?

It might happened from not reset the Waste so the trident think the waste is full, also alk or all reagent is over and might be something the stuck in the tubing lines I can recommend to you to check the connectors between the trident tubing to the tubing that goes into the sump sometimes something stuck in the tiny black connector hope that help :)

Assure you have reagents left in bottle as if one is empty, the unit will halt.

Neptune got back to me have to do a cleaning with phone call apparently because the curvette isn’t getting a clean reading. Fun stuff!! Basically everything Neptune Apex goes bad at the 1-1/2 year mark is what I’m starting to learn.

Needed to purchase a new product and they just discount it heavy once it falls just out of warranty. They definitely need some competition to rise up!!
