Noisy Powerhead

Hello, I have recently purchased a reefbreeders RP-M Powerhead. The powerhead almost constantly makes a screeching/knocking noise. I received a new impeller and it does the same thing. I have tried running the powerhead in reverse to see if that helps. Sometimes it helps but only for a short duration. Anyone know the fix? Should I just get it replaced via warranty?
