he looked at me like I was nuts and asked for $5k. LOL!!!

We need a few more group buys for that option. The coral box moon led app isn't the easiest to navigate but I did get it going good. If noopsyche was on board I'd pay $20 to download an app. Today I'd pay that for a instruction book I could understand. Creating a thunderstorm by pushing a button on my phone is fun now & then. If I understand correctly, you can go past 23:59 at night, but the total hours of your set points has to be 1 minute shy of 24 hours total. Correct?

@noopsyche----- I hope you are reading this!
Guys please contact me if you are having problems as we(Sustainable Aquatics) are the USA support main distributor. The controller is tricky to use but actually works.
I think it is time to make a new thread just for controller issues.
Looks like you've been dealing with this for a month now. No support from Noopsyche or had you not yet reached out to them?
Yeah i reached out. tough to troubleshoot with the language barrier. sent me a link to another thread but it didnt resolve. Ill give it try # 43 tonight based on thr additional info posted here.
There is no language barrier if you deal with me:) I agree the controller is the only thing holding up this light. I think Noopsyche feels that changing the controller will not happen:(
I think we all would love a better interface like an app or even a better controller with easier interface but unfortunately that is not going to happen in the near future.
We are having growing pains with the controller so please give me a chance to solve those problems.
Thanks,
Matt

I will say the controller is a bit basic and almost primitive but once you get it setup it is pretty easy to use. I actually find it easier to change than my Radion since I didnt have an reeflink having to hook up a PC. Sure it would be nice with an app and sliders and as many data points as we want. I think this gets the job done for now.

I for one need a controller that is basically simple. Being the technically challenged person that I am it does not take much to confuse me and more often then not the more functions to control the more confused I get (in regards to set-up and programming).

I just hope everything gets worked out, especially for alpinestar, seems a shame to have been trying for this long and still not have a solid program set-up. BTW, do you mx? I know alpinestar supports other forms of motosports but I relate them mainly to the mx crowd.

I have helped alpinestar personally through pm's and we are getting him fixed up.

Good to hear. Speaking of good to hear, I read earlier that you are having success over your dino problem. I am really pleased to hear that good news! I was starting to worry you were going to tear down the tank, that would have been sad indeed as I have a keen interest in how it plays out. Looks to be off to a delayed good start.

I love these lights. just having them for less than a week my corals are responding better than they ever did with the radion. I have them putting out around the same par my radion was as well. The only negative thing they have is the slightly confusing controller, but once you are familiar these lights I think are probably some of the best out there.

I have too much invested to give up as these things have met their match with me MUWAHAHAH.

That is awesome to hear!!! Spread the news man, as many need to be aware that this light is a real deal and performs just as good as anything out there with comparable wattage!!
