Noopsyche non spediscono e non risponde alle mail

Salve a tutti, da 10 giorni un mio amico sotto mio consiglio ha acquistato una noopsyche k7 pro 3, pagata a mezzo paypal direttamente dal sito noopsyche ! Non rispondono all'email e non hanno spedito nulla. Qualcuno ha notizie sull'azienda? Come si ci comporta in queste situazioni? Grazie

Sorry I only speak / read English. It sounds like maybe your concerned with not receiving a light you paid for using PayPal. If that is correct the Chinese new year is going on so they probably will not ship untill that is over which I believe is Feb 24th. If that is not your concern I apologize.

It's Lunar New Year, which shuts and slows things down in China. They really need a notice on their website. It will come. Give it a bit of time. Also keep in mind they are coming from China, which takes 2.5 weeks to the US. Not sure on how long to your location.

Rimane un comportamento scorretto. Nella home page sarebbe giusto comunicare le date di inattività dell'azienda. Non puoi interfacciare col mondo e poi scomparire ! Comportamento errato, bisogna avvisare

NNoopsyche Ha risposto adesso, erano in ferie. Tutto risolto!
