Hello everyone!

There are a lot of products out there, but I've been confused for the algae lovers. Should I be using Hakari Seaweed Extreme, sheets of nori, or both? How often would you give it to them for either?

Thanks!

I have 3 tangs and a foxface which eats both as well as Spirulina flakes and Algae wafers. I do not have a strict schedule, however they get a mix of at least two every day.

nori is the same thing pretty much. I imagine hikari puts garlic or other stuff on it, but nori is fine. I've fed that for a long time, and have a friend that only feeds that period. Fish are big and happy.
