Not fish related but what is this worth?

So I am all about my fish and coral and my fiance is all about her bearded dragon and she decided to make him a tower to climb on and bask on. She made this amazing tower and she got the idea of possibly making them to sell online. She has to still paint it and coat it in a plastic layer so this is about 50% done. It's for a 2ft lizard
How much do you guys think she could sell these for as a side hustle? She put 7 hours of work into it so far and spent 20$ on materials if that helps.

Pricing may depend a bit on the material as well as time. I could see that adapted to birds or other critters. Etsy is a good website where people sell crafts. I think it’s Etsy. If I buy set ups for my bird 40-50 is average.

She may eventually get stronger materials so I could see 50$ easy on it in it's current state
