Not sure about these guys? ID Please

Hey guys,

I'm not sure if these pod-like critters are bad news or not. I've seen quite a few of these start showing up a couple months after getting some coral (some dipped, some wasn't).

I see them hanging around my zoas more than anything else. I don't see clear indication of destructive behavior from these guys at this point, but I'm not one for risks either.

Can you tell me if these are no worries types of pods please? See pictures.
